My name is Veronica Lin. I have been doing an import and export trading business for many years. I started my skincare business in 2010. We developed the paper face masks following our clients’ different expectations.

I have noticed the paper face masks are not commonly used in the US, Australia, Europe or India. However, they have been widely applied by women and men in Eastern Asia. The paper face masks are very effective.

I am a big follower of Blue Ocean Strategy: "How to create uncontested market space and make the competition irrelevant". When the paper face masks are not commonly used in your country yet, the competition is not there yet. So you can try to initiate your brand with cosmetic face masks. People go to you to purchase the masks because you are one of the few suppliers of the products. Very soon your brand is known and then you can expand your cosmetic items from cleansers to make-up removers, toners, sun creams and make-up items, etc.

Moreover, to spread out the communication lines is a very key point to get yourself or your products well known!!! The suppliers of the face masks in Asia don't do TV commercials. What they do is they supply different kinds of face masks; get them packaged attractively; and display them in all sections of the display shelf. When people go through that aisle, they notice your brand easily.

A paper face mask is a soft piece of paper or tissue cut in the form of a mask soaked in different types of nutrients and ingredients.

Paper face masks can be made for such different purposes as deep cleansing, cleaning the pores, hydration, firming, nourishing, anti-aging, whitening, soothing an exhausted face and more. For example, a moisturizing face mask will heighten your skin to maintain moisture in a short amount of time for dehydrated skin. A soothing face mask will relax the skin that is tired, burnt and exhausted from UV rays.

Different face masks can be developed for customers’ demand for different functions of paper face masks.
